The organizers are Hey Marly GmbH and PURELEI GmbH.
Conditions of Participation
Participation is free of charge.
Natural persons aged 18 and over with a valid postal address are eligible to participate.
Participation using false identities or third-party identities is not permitted.
Employees of PURELEI GmbH and Hey Marly GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation via sweepstake clubs, participation or registration services, or automated participation is excluded.
Each participant may only enter the giveaway once per email address.
To participate in the giveaway, the user must register during the giveaway period via the following link:
https://nl.purelei.com/pages/giveaway
with a valid name and valid email address using the giveaway registration form.
Participation is not linked to a newsletter subscription. Consent for this must be given separately via a double opt-in.
No purchase of a product is required to participate in the giveaway.
The giveaway ends on November 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Prize
One winner will be chosen, who will receive the following prizes:
- 1x Hey Marly voucher worth €150
- 1x PURELEI voucher worth €150
The partner of this giveaway is PURELEI GmbH.
The random drawing of the winner will take place on November 4, 2025.
The winner will be notified by email.
To issue the prize, the winner's personal data will be passed on to Hey Marly.
If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, a new winner will be drawn and the claim to the prize will be forfeited.
If the prize cannot be assigned due to incorrect data provided by the participant, the right to the prize will be forfeited.
Hey Marly reserves the right to exclude certain individuals from participation or drawing if there are valid reasons, such as violation of these conditions of participation or manipulation.
Disclaimer
Hey Marly reserves the right to terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice, for example, for technical reasons (such as viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons that prevent the proper execution of the giveaway.
Hey Marly accepts no liability for the occurrence of technical problems and/or malfunctions.
A cash payout of the prize is not possible.
The decision of the judges is final.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should a provision of these conditions of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Hey Marly reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
