Terms and Conditions for the €1,000 New Customer Sweepstakes 05/2026: Hey Marly

By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant accepts the present terms and conditions. The sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook and Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook and Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are not available as contact persons for the sweepstakes. The organizer is Hey Marly GmbH.

Terms and Conditions

  • Participation is free of charge.
  • Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over with a valid postal address.
  • Participation with fake identities or identities of third parties is not permitted.
  • The sweepstakes is aimed at new customers. Only users who register with a new account/new email address are eligible to participate.
  • Employees of Hey Marly GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  • Participation via sweepstakes clubs, participation or registration services, or automated participations is excluded.
  • Each participant may only enter the sweepstakes once per email address.
  • To participate in the sweepstakes, the user must register for the sweepstakes via the following link https://www.heymarly.com/pages/newsletter-gewinnspiel with a valid name and valid email address using the registration form during the sweepstakes period.

 

  • Participation is linked to a newsletter subscription. This consent must be given via an additional double opt-in.
  • No product purchase is required to participate in the sweepstakes.
  • The sweepstakes begins on April 30, 2026 at 00:00 and ends on May 14, 2026 at 23:59.
  • Prize: A total of €1,000 in shop vouchers will be raffled off. There will be 10 winners, each receiving the following prize:
    • 1x €100 Hey Marly shop voucher
  • The random drawing of the winners will take place on May 18, 2026.
  • The winners will be notified by email.
  • The personal data of the winners will be forwarded to Hey Marly for the purpose of providing the prize.
  • Should the winners not respond within 5 working days, the prize will be drawn again and the claim to the prize will expire.
  • If the prize cannot be assigned due to incorrect information provided by the participant, the participant's claim to the prize will expire.
  • Hey Marly is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation or the drawing if there are legitimate reasons, such as a violation of these terms and conditions, manipulation, etc.
  • Reservation clause: Hey Marly reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice if, for example, due to technical reasons (viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or legal reasons, a proper execution of the sweepstakes cannot be guaranteed.
  • Hey Marly assumes no liability for the occurrence of technical problems and/or disruptions.
  • Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
  • The legal process is excluded.
  • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should a clause of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions remains unaffected.
  • Hey Marly reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
