Competition Terms and Conditions
The organizers are Hey Marly GmbH and PURELEI GmbH.
Conditions of Participation
Participation is free of charge.
Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 or over with a valid postal address.
Participation with false identities or identities of third parties is not permitted.
Employees of PURELEI GmbH and Hey Marly GmbH, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.
Participation via sweepstake clubs, automated or automatic entry services is excluded.
Each participant may only enter the competition once per email address.
To participate, the user must register via the following link during the competition period: https://fr.purelei.com/pages/giveaway
by entering a valid name and email address in the competition registration form.
Participation is not tied to a newsletter subscription. If the participant wishes to subscribe, they must give their consent separately via a double opt-in procedure.
No product purchase is required to participate in the competition.
The competition ends on November 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Prize
One winner will be drawn and will receive the following prizes:
- 1 voucher worth €150 from Hey Marly
- 1 voucher worth €150 from PURELEI
The partner for this competition is PURELEI GmbH.
The winner will be drawn on November 4, 2025.
The winner will be notified by email.
In order to enable the prize to be awarded, the winner's personal data will be forwarded to Hey Marly.
If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, a new draw will take place, and the claim to the prize will be forfeited.
If, due to incorrect information provided by the participant, the prize cannot be awarded, the claim to the prize is forfeited.
Hey Marly reserves the right to exclude certain individuals from participation or the draw if legitimate reasons exist, such as a violation of these conditions of participation or an attempt at manipulation.
Reservation Clause
Hey Marly reserves the right to end the competition at any time without prior notice, for example, for technical reasons (computer viruses, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons preventing the proper execution of the competition.
Hey Marly assumes no liability for technical problems and/or malfunctions.
No cash payout of the prize is possible.
Legal recourse is excluded.
The applicable law is that of the Federal Republic of Germany. If a clause in these conditions of participation is deemed invalid, the validity of the other provisions remains unaffected.
Hey Marly reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
