Returns Portal

Thank you for your order at Hey Marly, even if you now wish to return it to us. Simply enter your order number and postcode (or telephone number) to request your return. We look forward to welcoming you back to our online shop soon.

Please note that your return is subject to a fee. A return label from the service provider DHL or Exporto (for customers from Switzerland) will be provided to you after completing the return registration. For shipping from Germany, €5.00 will be retained, for shipping within the EU €11.50, and for shipping from Switzerland €18.00.

If you have a complaint or questions, please contact our Customer Service Team in advance with your order number and meaningful pictures at the following email address: service@heymarly.com. Together we will find a solution for you.
