From experience we know that our sandals turn out "normal", but it can be really different for every woman at the instep or in the distance between the place where the toe strap is positioned and the end of the toe. Through the strap you can regulate the width of course.

We don't have half sizes in our range, because the difference is quite small. If you wear half sizes, we recommend you take the next size up.
Hey Marly sandals are our faithful summer companions. At the beach, in the open-air swimming pool, on long walks or when exploring foreign cities, the genuine leather upper sole suffers, so footprints are normal at some point, especially with light-coloured leather. Sea sand, salt, sunscreen, dust and sweat: sandal soles have to withstand a lot. Here are a few care tips that will keep your favourites looking clean for longer:
- After a long summer day, wipe the soles down with a damp cloth and remove dust and sweat
- Use a light leather lotion at regular intervals
- In addition to shoe care, appropriate foot care also helps. If your feet sweat a lot in summer, foot powder is recommended. This deodorizes the foot, helps with unpleasant odors and can prevent unsightly discoloration.
Our Hey Marly espadrilles also need some care. Before wearing them for the first time, we recommend treating the entire shoe, including the baste sole, with our waterproofing spray THE UMBRELLA, so that dust and dirt do not become too firmly embedded in the fibres. This can be repeated in between. Should there still be a stain or two in the fabric, a damp cloth with a drop of colourless washing-up liquid or clear glass cleaner dabbed lightly into the fabric will help.
With the new waterproofing spray THE UMBRELLA you can now even protect your espadrilles from mud, dirt and other attacks and thus have even more of them. The Umbrella offers the ultimate protection against dirt and soaking and is always particularly gentle to your favorite espadrilles. In addition, it seals the surface so that it has to be cleaned much less often and can therefore be cleaned more quickly.
Thanks to highly effective nano-sealing, dirt and water simply and effectively roll off. Breathability remains completely intact despite nano-sealing. Premium water-based quality, made in Germany - food-safe, skin-friendly and harmless to the environment. You can't see or feel it - but the Umbrella is always there. Colour neutral and not noticeable.
Clean shoes. The shoe must be completely dry before the Umbrella can be applied. Shake bottle Spray thinly from a distance of approx. 10 - 15cm. Massage liquid into the fibre with a non-fluffy cloth. Wait 2 minutes and repeat the process. Before wearing for the first time, allow surface to dry for 24 hours to achieve full effectiveness.
Tip: For even more effective results, repeat the process after 20 minutes and blow dry with a hair dryer.

We offer a free standard delivery with DHL for all our orders from 29,00 € within DE.
For orders below 29,00 € a delivery fee of 3,90 € will be charged.
As soon as the goods have been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the shipment number.
Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. We aim to have your package in your hands within 2-3 days, but sometimes there are delays due to holidays or high volume of external service providers. We do our best!

Return & Exchange
As a customer you have the possibility to cancel your purchase and return the goods up to 14 days after receipt of your ordered goods.
Both from abroad and from Germany, the following steps are required:
Please put the return enclosure and the goods (in case of complete return incl. free topping/ free umbrella) in a solid box. (If you no longer have the returns enclosure: a large sheet with your name and the order number).
(The refund will be made via the respective payment method within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods by our external logistics provider)
In the interest of further improving the quality of our products, we would be very grateful if you would inform us of the reason for your return. You can inform us about the reason on the return enclosure.

Of course you can exchange the product! However, since we cannot carry out a direct exchange for logistical reasons, you must first cancel your order. Please note the step "How and in which period can I return the ordered goods?
At the same time you can of course place a new order.
Don't worry, as soon as we have received your return of the first order, we will refund the invoice amount within 14 working days to the payment method you specified when placing the order.
An exchange of a free topping is not possible, you may of course choose it yourself beforehand in the order process. If you want to return the entire order, then of course including the free topping.
As a young company we cannot bear the costs for the return shipment and ask for your understanding.
After receipt of the return and examination of the commodity with our logistics Dienstleister the refund takes place over the respective means of payment within maximally 14 working-days.
Normally, personalized products are excluded from exchange and cancellation. However, together with our Customer Happiness team, we have decided to offer you a way to return your bag. With a service fee of 15€ you can return your City Companion / Soul Sister to us. You have the option of keeping your personalized lock or having it professionally disposed of in our returns process. In the return process you will get the money for the bag (-15€ service fee) refunded to the respective payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your return. You do not have to do anything else. If you have any questions, please contact our team.
Complaint & Warranty
In case of a complaint, please contact our customer service directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If possible, please send us a photo of the defective item.. Defective items will of course be exchanged or repaired. We will send you a return label after checking, or agree with you on another way. We get that already :)
